"Hello, my name is Mihaly Fabok and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. For the first part of the process, we make some light. And this kind of light helps me a lot when I see the sediment; I have to stop pouring the wine. I have to open the bottle gently. And all the time I have to check the cork, because sometimes that can be a problem. This cork is healthy. I have to make sure the wine is good quality. First I have to check the bouquet and the color. Then I just put a little bit into the carafe, just for me to taste the wine to make sure it has good quality. The wine is excellent."
