"Hello. My name is Mihaly Fabok. We are here in behalf of Expert Village. We are here for learning about red wines and I would like to show for you the cantation, which is the most beautiful process in the dining room when we open a bottle of wine. So, this is a nice Cuier wine called Bues Blant it is a blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and it came from Poche. And this wine is quite old wine which is 7 years old so it might have sediment. We try to remove the sediment that is why I can use the candlelight. When I pour in the wine I can see the sediment in the bottle so I can keep it in the bottle. And also this is the carafe so when I pour the wine in the carafe the wine can get more fresh air and the wine will open, will be fruitier, and better quality."
