"The next penalty we're going to show you is holding or holding the stick. The hand signal for this penalty is like this. It's a minor penalty, and we're going to show you what a holding penalty looks like. Kind of similar situation as the hook, except rather than your stick getting in there, you're going to use your hands to grab an arm to prevent a player from skating away. Or if it's going to be the stick, sometimes a player might get their hand on the stick and hold the stick to try and prevent them from getting away. Those are examples of holding and holding the stick, and it's not good to do. So as we just demonstrated, holding or holding the stick is when a player holds either the jersey, holds the player, or holds your stick. They're going to get called for that."
