"Hello, my name's Melissa and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to teach you how to make the best every banana muffins. So, in the clip now we are ready to combine our dry ingredients in with the eggs, the butter, the sugar, the bananas into here. So we've got all the liquids over here, our dry ingredients there, so we're just going to do simply that, dump the dry ingredients in to this bowl with the bananas and everything else. And we want to stir that up until everything is combined and very well mixed. Not too mixed of course, you don't want to keep stirring, you just want to stir enough so that your flour is mixed in and you've got a really nice batter to work with. Now this is really key too. When I was mentioning in an earlier clip about multiple batters. If you've got your dry ingredients ready, when this goes into the oven, then you can start preparing another batch. Another batch if you like . But it really does save on time and you can actually start putting some of those ingredients away. But, we'll mix this up and then in the next clip we'll fill up the muffin cups. "
