"Hello, my name is Melissa and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to teach you how to make the best ever banana muffins. In this clip lets go over first the ingredients to make the best ever banana muffins. You don't need very many ingredients. In fact, you'll notice, probably sitting here, that a lot of this stuff you will have in your kitchen already. A lot of these things will be in the cupboard or in the fridge and you just have to pull them out, so you don't need a lot. Of course you're going to want your baking tins to put the batter in later. And I don't like to grease the actually the tins themselves. I like to use the baking cups. I just think it's a little bit faster and easier to clean up in the end. But, it's whatever you prefer. So you'll see here, we have all purpose flour, that is usually on the counter or up in the cupboard. White sugar, baking soda, baking powder, a little bit of salt, one egg from the fridge, and either margarine or butter. Now, I prefer to use margarine, it's up to you, margarine or butter. And of course, we're making the best ever banana muffins so we need bananas. Now with the bananas it depends on the size of the bananas. Either three large will do or four to five medium bananas, that will make for a really nice large batch of a dozen. And that's basically all you really need and we're ready to go to make our best ever banana muffins."
