"Hi, I'm Simon Fisher and I'm here at the Clearwater Ice Arena in Clearwater, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village. Hi, my name is Bill Shanks. I'm going to demonstrate for you some backwards stroking. Backward stroking once again, it is very important to keep your whole upper body and your core and you are strong in the core. So we would start here and I'm going to give a push off and bring my foot forward to a push. So basically what is going to happen move that we learn earlier we are going to expand on that using one foot this time and give a push. Thank you!"
