Now when you are doing forward stroking it is very important keep your arms, chest and body up and straight. No looking down. If your whole body follows your eyes, if you look down and can cause you to fall forward over your toe pegs. When you are doing forward stroking it is very important that you do not use your toe pegs. You are going to use the side of your blade to push. Here I would demonstrate.
