"This is Chef Micheal Halbe with Expert Village and today we are going to be making crab and shrimp rangoons. Today we are going to be making some garlic chili sauce for our crab and shrimp rangoon. We are going to use some soy sauce, some garlic chili paste, some fresh green onions, some fresh ginger root. We are going to have some 31-35 shrimp, a couple of teaspoons of butter, some fresh minced garlic, some salt, some pepper, some can crab it is nice and fresh it is actually real crab instead of intimation crab. Some cream cheese, a little bit of lemon, a little bit of cilantro, a little bit of white wine and some wong tong wrappers and we are going to make a paste with some egg so we can seal it all together. "
