"The next trick I'm going to be showing you is what's called the kickflip. This is one of the two most basic flip tricks on the skateboard, and basically what it is is you're getting the board, you're combining it with an ollie and getting the board to spin a full three hundred degrees horizontally underneath you and land back on top of it. The way that you set up for the kickflip after you determine your stance, if you ride goofy like me it would be like this, if you ride regular switch the feet around. What you're doing is you're going to combine all the things that you did with the ollie, so stomping on the tail and sliding your foot up, but rather than just slide, pulling your knees up to get the board off the ground, you're going to flick your front foot so that the board starts to do the rotation and I'm just going to show you this. It's kind of hard with the mic on, but I'll show you after when it's off, but when you put it together it's something like that, but I'm going to show you this once I take the mic off."
