"I think all the ingredients are mixed now but before serving it let me tell you something very unique about this mango lassi. Basically we have been talking about the ingredients, what quality you should use in your ingredients, when you talk about milk, the milk should be boiled. It shouldn't be like fully cream milk because it will again add to your calories. We try to use a clearly pasteurized milk which does not have excessive cream. Let's talk about the cream, cream you can find out ways to make cream at your home, but try to use a cream that has less fat because lassi is lighter drink and meant for less calories and basically you don't need to activate your caliber and activate your energy which has been lost in some of your work."
