"This is J.P. Furnari with Expert Village. In this clip we'll talk about the post sequence. This is a modern skydiving container designed with a harness and containers for the parachutes on the back. The parachute harness should fit snugly with all straps stowed away for safety. Containers should be fit snug to your body, closed securely to hold parachutes until activated. There are three handles on this parachute. One on this side to activate your main parachute. One for your right hand that releases the main parachute in case of malfunction and one for your left hand that will open the reserve parachute. One of the first maneuvers you're going to conduct in skydiving is a practice touch of your deployment panel. When doing a practice touch the right arm comes back towards the handle, the left arm comes out in front of the body to counter any turning tendencies, returning to neutral, stop any turns. At the end of the skydive, the skydiver waves off to alert others that he's about to deploy. He reaches back, pulls his main handle out. He then releases the main handle to let the pilot chute bring out his main canopy."
