"Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Now we need to add some amchoor, which is like mango powder. This is very tasty. Here it goes. I think this much will be fine. Now I need to add some red chilies; like this much. So as we have added the amchoor, we've already added the red chili, we'll ll have to add the garam masala. This is actually a very fabulous masala from India; it's very, very tasty. It actually gives a whole different look to your recipe, plus taste, also. You can always add the garam masala when you're garnishing it. As you can see, the look of the recipe is always an Indian nice one. The garam masala is actually a combination of five spices. You can always taste it in a nice manner. You always have to keep rotating your vegetables. "
