"In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make aloo chaat. First we heat the pan, and take some refined oil and spread it all over the pan. Now we take boiled potatoes and fry them for awhile 'til it turns golden brown in color. So, I guess it's ready now that it has turned golden brown in color, so I take it out. Now we add shallot powder or masala which is available in any Indian store. So just sprinkle it all over. Salt as per your taste. Mango powder and some red chili. You can also add fine chopped tomato and fine chopped onion. And then, top it with some lemon juice. Just squeeze it all over to give it that tangy taste. So that's your aloo chaat ready to eat."
