"In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make besan kee roti. Now let's being. To make besan kee roti, we, of course, need besan. Add water to it and keep on mixing it. Now add some salt, as per your taste, cumin seed, and some fine chopped onion and then mix it well. Now, after mixing it well, it takes this form. Now take some and now we'll make a chopati out of this. Now place this onto a heated pan. Keep the flame low. Now turn it to the other side and leave it, for say, a minute and a half. Now, after a minute and a half, we'll take this out on a plate. Now that's your besan kee roti ready to eat. You can have it with green chutney."
