"In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make cutlets. Now, let's begin. First we take beaten, soaked rice, four to five spoons. Then add some mashed, dried potato powder to it. Salt, as per your taste, cumin seeds, some fine chopped onion, red chili powder and some mango powder as well. Now mix it well. Add some water to it and keep on stirring it. Mash it well. So that a kind of butter is formed. Now take some, make some balls and then put into the already heated oil and let it fry for approximately two to three minutes until it becomes dark brown in color, which is an indication that it is ready to eat. So, I guess it's ready now, so I'll take it out. Now these are really crunchy. So your cutlets are ready to eat. So you can eat it with either tomato ketchup or mustard sauce. You can also eat it with green chutney."
