"Hi this is Neha of behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to tell you a recipe which is direct from the heart of India. The other potato this way. So you almost slicing the potatoes into big shapes. Now a single potato is left and I can see that my oil is almost "heatin". Let me add some onions to it. I think this much be fine. This much of onions are fine. And let's, it gets golden brown. In meanwhile, I can very well slice my left potato. Here it goes. So here is the last potato and I'm almost over with the cutting. Well, I did two things simultaneously , isn't it? So that is how you should work whenever you are cooking. This is, like this is the way actually how you should cook. I didn't take much time since I'll be cutting in very beginning, I'll be putting oil later, it will take more than five minutes. But I put the oil before and then I cut the things. Now I can see that my onions are also getting golden brown and my vegetables are almost cut."
