"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to tell you a recipe which is direct from the heart of India. Same goes with the second capsicum. We just slice it into two. Take out the white part and put it here. Here goes. Just take out the upper part also because it won't be included in the recipe. So take out the white seeds as well. If you're making soft capsicum, we usually put the seeds inside, but if you're making a recipe especially with tomatoes, we don't actually put seeds into it. We just give the green nicer taste, nicer shape to it. So here it goes. Almost the capsicum are ready, we just left with the last capsicum and we have successfully taken the seeds out. So here is my raw vegetable which is not fully cut but I'll be slicing it further. Let me tell you how do you cut your capsicum. Try to take big slices like this and you have to cut your vegetable like this."
