"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to tell you a recipe which is directly, directly from the heart of India. You've already add salt to it and you have to wait till the time it actually get soften. You can add more water if you want and wait till twenty minutes, fifteen to twenty minutes till it get soften. I mean till it gets boiled. The right word is boiled. It's not soften because already soften when you put into the water, so, it has to be boiled for almost ten to fifteen minutes. We have a cooker that would be fabulous because after two, three things like you know, after say suppose fifteen, twenty minutes it will be boiled. But see we have a open utensil over here, which of course would boil the lentil but of course it will take some time. Let me tell you something about Lentil. Lentil is one say, one seater or one thing which we use in normal eating which has lots of proteins. Proteins talk about, it will give your body proper diet plus it will make your mind sharp. So I'll tell you the way that how do you make it and how your children would say no I don't wanna eat it, but when I tell you recipe they'll actually going to love it. "
