"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to tell you a recipe which is directly, directly from the heart of India. We need to have the Lentil. One is actually moong, which we call moong and the other one is Adara, I told you already. Then other than these, we have water, we have oil, we have ginger garlic paste, we have red chili, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seed, we have mustard seed as well and of course we have chopped onions. So I tell you how to make this recipe. What I did is I took actually Lentil, the Moong or the yellow Lentil, the bigger in size and the smaller lentil I put it into water two hours before so that actually they get soften. Whenever you're making Lentil or season at your home, you need to actually soften them. So make a habit whenever you're making the Lentil, actually putting into water before two hours or since morning. If you're putting the multi time into the water, more it will be getting soften. So all these whenever you're making lentil or season make sure, that it is then water is almost four to five hours, if not four to five hours then two hours is sufficient but two hours is the maximum time."
