"NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Same goes with the third potato. Take this part out which is like cutting the potato. Take the--you can use your fingers in between for the thing. You can use your fingers, use your knife, use your hand. Whenever you feel that you need fingers or either you need some knife, you can use it. So take the things out. It's very--the potato is very soft. And since we want to do it separately, we are using the knife. And here goes the fourth potatoes. And we're just taking out the peel of the potatoes. Here it goes. Do it like, say, fast and you are done with the fourth potato also. You can see that, in the meanwhile, when we are cutting the potatoes, this tamarind is actually getting dissolved into the water. Take it out very gently. Do your final potatoes and take the brown part out, say, like very gently, like this."
