"NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. And today, I'm going to tell you about an Indian recipe which is called Potato Masala, or we can say "Spicy, Spicy Potato," but we call it Masala Potato. And I'm going to tell you how you can make this recipe. You need to have potato first, and I'm going to tell you the ingredients, what else you need to make this recipe. You need to have oil. You need to have potatoes, which are actually boiled potatoes. You need to have amchoor, which is called the mango powder. You need to have turmeric powder, mustard seed. You need to have red chilli, the garam masala, the salt. You need to have some fennel seeds as well. You need to have cumin seeds for the starting--for the beginning of the recipe. You need to have green chilis as well. Of course some, you can say, tomatoes which are actually chopped, and of course the most important ingredient which is actually the tamarind, which is actually soaked in water. You have to put the tamarind and then add some water. As you can see, there's some light water to it. I'll add some more water to it and give it some time so that the tamarind actually dissolves into the water. You need to have the ginger-garlic paste, which is quite hidden. And of course, I need to have chopped onions and the coriander leaf."
