"The plowing ender like the stern squirt, is one of the first ways that powers learn to get their boats vertical. You can really use the shortness of the boats and the lower volume in the bow to help encourage that. This move can be done in flat water or along and eddy line if you have a slightly larger boat. With an eddy line, you're coming up right along side the eddy line, taking a lot of forward strokes, and slowly sinking your bow under water plowing it in deep. With a good plowing ender what we're looking for is that we want to build up a lot of speed first so that we create a bit of wake. Then we're going to let off the speed a little bit and use more directional controls as the bow really starts to go underneath. I'm going to again, position here and then we're going to try one. As I come up, my goal is to have my bow hit the eddy line right on the side of it and then I'll start going vertical. Once you get that wake build up, you can really drive down and then it's deep correctional quick strokes once it starts going vertical."
