"So helmet is another piece of equipment it helps protect your head when you flip over. Some of these come in different shapes and size. This is a plastic with a full cut helmet, this one is another plastic one that we would call a half cut. So they are all a little bit different, a little bit strapping situation. The big thing that you want to keep in mind that it stays on your head and it stays square on your noggin. Now my tears material but if I put it on it stays square with my brim. It doesn't go back on my head like this, it stays down protecting that front area. Since we want to go home with the same personality that you came with you want to protect that front of you head. The other thing you want to make sure is when you clip your helmet that you make sure that there is very little space maybe a finger."
