"So I need to add water into it, maybe two cups of water will do? I think this will be enough, now again we need to put on the flame a bit higher and take care of the potatoes that they get they jelled well with the curry we have made and with the water. Since we boiled the potatoes, we boiled it in a lighter flame. This means the potatoes will not boil to the full extent. When we are cooking them we take that care that the potatoes are properly mashed, that their coming into nicer shapes. Here it goes; you can put some coriander leaves from the above. Later we will put coriander leaves to garnish it, we can put some from the above also but still there will be some left for the dish."
