    "Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. I mean if you are very calorie conscious, you try to add little but without oil, it lot be of any taste. So try to add oil. Here a lighter and here it goes. It's the traditional way, it's the traditional way that how you cook your eggplant. It's basically call Benghan Kabher Taet in Indonesian because its basically mix them all the vegetables plus onions and plus tomatoes into it. So you have to make sure that eggplant is getting hottin, its getting into the things at every fame, i mean the every part, you talking about left, right. You can even make the direction. Left, the right, the south, of course not that the door part because door is almost you know, taken out when you go for the other thing."
