"Hi I'm Rachel Dayan for Expert Village now I'm going to show you the ingredients to make the pita bread. We're going to use 1 cup of luke warm water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 cup of oil I use canola oil, 1 1/2 teaspoon of dry yeast you can use fresh yeast if you want it's 25 grams of fresh yeast, and 3 cups of flour. We're going to use after we make the dough we'll need plastic bag, any plastic bag to cover the dough it's going to help rise quicker. A pan and baking paper we put the baking paper on top of the pan so the pita bread won't stick to the pan, if you don't have a baking sheet you can always spray the pan. It's definitely easier to make it with a mixer a regular whole mixer but in case you don't have one I'm going to show you how to make it by hand, which is going to come good and is good as it would come with a mixer.
