"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make Mediterranean Veggie Kabobs. O'kay let's check on our rice. We haven't checked on our rice in a while. O'kay you see it's coming along but it is still a little gooey, it's a little mushy and that's not what we want. We want the water to dissolve in the rice totally so that it is fluffy. It's still gooey if you can see that so it is not done yet. It's been probably about a half an hour so another 20 minutes or so this will be good to go. We are going to stir it a bit to help it along. Give it the once over. Let's even add a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper just for taste, and a little bit of salt, just a pinch of salt in there and mix that in like so. Let's cover that back up and we'll come and check on that a little later."
