"Now I'm going to be giving you a run through on how to pick out your snowboarding goggles. You really want to try to stay away from using glasses as opposed to goggles because glasses do not give you the necessary protection from the sun but as well as from like tree branches or anything else that you might encounter while you are snowboarding. When you are picking out your goggles it is really important to note that they make different types of goggles for women, men and children. The reason for this is that we all have different shaped faces and the goggles that are made for a child or for women are going to be a little bit more smaller framed for women than for men. As you can see here what you want with your goggle that as you put it on and you wear it it is making a seal with the foam all the way around. This is going to make it so no wind is coming through right here if the goggle is too big and if the goggle is too small it is going to be pinching on your nose and it will not be comfortable to wear for long periods of time. When wearing the goggle strap you want to make sure the strap is not too low so it is falling off your face like this as well as too high so the goggles don't fling off forward. Once you have the goggle strap in the proper place and he seal is made around the goggle with the foam fitting in the proper place. You definitely want to make sure it is not pinching down on your nose so you can't breath thus making you teary eyed and it is going to inhibit your vision and you are constantly going to be taking your goggles off to wipe your eyes and you will pretty much not be enjoying yourself. That is a run through on how to pick out snowboarding goggles."
