"So in this section I'm going to be explaining to you guys snowboarding bindings. When picking out a binding, it's really important that you match it up with your foot size. There's different size bindings depending on different foot. It goes from small/medium to large to extra large. It's just going to go, it's just going to make a bigger binding for a bigger size foot. This is a generic, ratchet style biding. It has a buckle on the bottom as well as a buckle on the top. As you'll notice, to get the binding off you simply lift right there and it slides forward. Then, when you want to put them back on you feed this section in right here and then once you get it started, you can go and ratchet the binding down. This allows for you to make the binding however tight you want depending on your personal preference and depending on how large your boots are inside the bindings. You definitely want to go and try the bindings on with your boots to make sure that everything fits together. As opposed to what skiers have to do and mount the bindings actually on the snowboard; snowboards as you'll notice here, are pre-drilled with factory holes. This will allow for you to be able to change the position of the snowboard binding depending on personal preference. As you can see right here there's a missing hole, but what goes here is a base plate with either three screws right there or four screws like on this board. The base plate allows for you to switch the positioning of the binding or move the binding forward and backward by yourself without actually having to bring it into a shop. It just makes it so it's easier, it's more comfortable, and you can actually go and play around if you want your front foot more forward or if you want it more squared off, or if your want your feet kind of ducked out or if you want them pigeon toed in. You can go and play around because everyone has a difference preference on how they like to ride their snowboard. This allows for you to move you're binding around as you will. That's pretty much how you go through and pick out mens snowboarding binding."
