"MATT SENATORE: Hi. This is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're going to learn how to make my Italian stuffed shell appetizer. Okay, so now we're going to dress the shells. First thing we're going to do, is I'm going to put our grated parmesan cheese which I'm going to sprinkle on the top of the filling, like so. Don't use it all because we're going to do one more application with it, and then we're going to take out marinara sauce. I didn't make this, I bought this at the store, just out of a jar 'cause we're not going to use a lot so why bother making a whole lot of sauce. So, I just brought some marinara sauce out of the jar, and we're going to take our teaspoon, and just going to put a little bit across the top, like so, on top of the cheese, just like that. Just kind of run a little line of sauce across the top. If you get a little too much on the side, just kinda wipe it away with your damp napkin, there's a little too much here, just kinda just to make it a little neater. Now, we're going to sprinkle a little more cheese just on top of the sauce now. Now, we're ready to bake."
