"MATT SENATORE: Hi. This is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're going to learn how to make my Italian stuffed shell appetizer. Okay, we cooked our sausage filling, we cooked our ground beef, we have our ricotta cheese so let's make the filling for our stuff shells. Okay, we're going to take our ricotta cheese and put half of it in with our sausage, you get the half of it in with our ground beef and we're going to stir each one out, stir the ricotta cheese in with the sausage, just like this, just get it in so it mixes in with the sausage just like so. There you have it. So there's our sausage filling, and then we're going to do the same with our ground beef. We're going to mix in the ricotta cheese, and this is somewhat like making lasagna but we're not going to put--usually when I make lasagna, I put the meat and I use ground beef and I don't use sausage in my filling, although you can do that; that would probably taste really good actually. I usually put sauce, some pasta sauce in with the filling, but we're not going to do that because I don't want pasta sauce in it. The pasta sauce is going to go on the top and very, very little. We will use some marinara sauce on the actual top of the shell but the filling for this stuffed shell is just going to be the actual meat and the ricotta cheese mixed in nicely and there you go. So now we have our sausage filling for the sausage stuffed shells and we have our ground beef filling for the ground beef stuffed shells, so now let's actually stuff our shells."
