"Hi! My name is Evan Blankenship with expertvillage.com, and I'm going to be teaching you how to backside 180. Now that you can backside 180 up a curb, you can start trying going over something. A good thing to start out with is a board. It's not that high and it's something that's always laying around. So, to back 180 over this board, you have to have a pretty high back 180s. Also, you've got to have some good timing. You want to approach the board with some pretty good speed. Set like a back 180. You want to pop probably about right there. That way you can just get over it. The peak will be above the board and you can roll away and land on the bolts. This will take some practicing. You'll do it, you'll knock the board over. Whatever. Just put it back up and keep trying it. Practice makes perfect. Before you try any obstacle, you always want to try and ollie it first. And that's how you back 180 over a board. Just remember, set up like an ollie, wind up your shoulders, and pop a little bit earlier so you have time to get over it. "
