"Hi my name is Evan Blakenship with expertvillage.com and I'm going to be teaching you how to kickflip. So you got a good placement good flick getting your feet out of the way and your catching the board in the air now it's all about landing on the board. When you do this make sure always always to land on the bolts, cause even if you land just a little to far on the tail and your going down something it'll break right off. And you might roll your ankle or you just might fall really really hard it goes for the same thing on the nose, you know you'll usually break it right in front bolts or right behind and it's just never a good thing, you'll always end up going to the skate shop and buying another board. And also make sure you don't land in the middle cause of course it'll break right down the center, so now your getting use to landing on the bolts which you got to do is you got to stay centered. Cause if your leaning to far one way your going to end up flipping out, so once you land the kickflip you catch in the bolts you come down you land and bend your knees to absorb all the impact, and this will allow you to roll away clean."
