"Alright so here's a way to use a rail there's hand rail like this you can use, there's real hand rails which are downstairs, which are way way complicated so I'm going to teach you how to do it on this first so you won't hurt yourself. First step is to make sure your rail slides if it doesn't slide and it's starting to stick throw some wax on there not to much maybe just about 1 layer. You put to much your just going to slide right off but wax is a skateboarders best friend for grinding. So once you established that it slides your have to have your alli's down first. You have to alli and 180 so once your alling do half of 180 and once your on the rail your going to want to put your feet totally on the end of each board so you'll be totally balanced out. If your leaning this way to much lean a little bit this way, if you lean to much this way lean back this way. Your going to always keep yourself in the middle of the rail the whole time."
