"Now I'm going to teach you a frontside 180 what a 180 is the difference between backside and frontside is backside you'll be going to your right and front side you'll be swinging your left arm over. So for this trick your going to want to do the basic alli with the popping with the pushing up and popping of the back, but your going to want to turn your shoulders and your legs so you can go all the way around. Every time you got to move your shoulder and your legs."
