Video Transcript

"Once you have your stance all figured out your ready to hop on the board and roll so in order to push like I said your going to want your front foot right under the bolts or on top of them and your going to want to be on top of the board. You take your left foot off which ever foot your comfortable with your going to put it on the ground, just give your self a tiny little push and see how that goes. And then you can do it again and your back foot should always be straight, don't put it back on like this your going to fall and then don't have it to much on the tail, your going to end up going like this and your going to fall. If you have your front foot way to much up here your going to fall forward and be careful where your stepping your foot when you pushing it off the board if it goes under the wheels your going down. So it's pretty much how to push."
