"That right there was basic table top over a really really flat hip jump. For me personally, one of the things that helped me learn table top was doing them over hip jumps because what happens is essentially you have to turn anyway. When you are trying turn in the air, that naturally helps your knee come over your top tube and it naturally helps you straighten this arm out so that if you're turning, your already almost sort of in this position and it comes a little bit more intuitive to do the table top. As you saw there, that's a little bit flat. It's a lot easier to do on something a little bit steeper, but that should give you a little bit of a better idea of how you can do it on something that's really flat. Basically, as I said you're already turning into it and kind of getting already into the first part of the table top so you straighten this arm and then you pull the bike up. So essentially you want to get a good pop so that you have a little bit of hang time, and then from there you want to go and pull with this inside hand and tuck it like I said, right through your arm pit, that's what it should feel like and then basically if you've done everything right with your legs the bike should flatten right out. Once you do that, it takes just a fraction of a second to straighten the bike back out right under you and you should be able to just land smoothly and ride right away."
