"Hi, I'm Mark Alyn thanks for joining me here on Expert Village. I love food I wake up thinking about what I'm going to have for dinner three days from now. I'm one of those people who live to eat, not the other kind of people who eat to live. I think about food all the time, I think about chocolate, I think about blueberries, I think about wine, I think about what wine goes with dinner. I have had the opportunity over the years to turn my passion for food and wine into an avocation. I worked as a restaurant critic for newspapers and magazines, I worked as a restaurant reviewer on radio and I actually done television work as a restaurant reporter and that has been so much fun. There is only one thing I like more than making food or eating food, that's talking about food. "
