"Hi, I'm Mark Alyn for Expert Village. I love food and I love food so much that I actually worked in the food industry. I worked as a writer, I've done restaurant reviews, I reviewed restaurants on radio, interviewed chefs, cooks, writers everybody you can think of from the guy down the street to the guys who was in Paris and in NYC. I also done television all about food. Well now I get to show you some of my favorite recipes and this is a recipe that I developed with my kids, we call it the daddy sandwich. When my kids were young they wanted to help cook but I was afraid of letting them work near flame and heat so I came up with this idea. What I would do is get a sandwich roll I cut it in half just like this and then I put it right here. You can use any kind of food spread you want the reason I do this is because kids usually end up with a sandwich with a piece of meat and a little bit of mayo or mustard and that's it. It's boring so I came up with the daddy sandwich. I put mayo or miracle whip anything like that on both sides of the bread."
