"BILL FELDMAN: On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman, the boxing chef from New York City. I'm going to show you how to train for a boxing match. Okay a lot of people that are looking, they say to themselves I need a trainer but they don't really know how to pick a trainer, what to look for. I want a boxing trainer but I don't want somebody that's going to go out there and hit me, I want somebody that's going to train me so I can hit and protect myself and lose weight at the same time for a great workout. How do you find the guy? Well basically your trainer should be in decent shape, he should have good cardio, he should be able to do a workout like we just did, he should also be able to show you how to throw the punches properly, he should be friendly, courteous but at the same time strict. You need somebody that if you show up five minutes late, he's going to say hey the next time you come in five minutes early or you give me some extra pushups over in the corner while I'm training somebody else, you go over here and you give me twenty pushups, you give me ten jumping jacks, you give me fifteen crunches, that's your punishment for being late, that is a good trainer. On behalf of Expert Village thanks for watching. "
