"BILL FELDMAN: On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman, the boxing chef from New York City. I'm going to show you how to train for a boxing match. Off to the next movement, double jab right cross, left hook, right cross, good power shots. So you're line your boxer up with the double jab, when he set you throw the right cross and catch him with your left hook and then you throw another power shot on him again okay so it's then move back this way, there you go. Watch my movement; it's very important, good, good. It's also about speed and power from your body, it's all in the movement, good. You keep your fighter off guard by moving around, you keep your hands up. Okay if the fighter is on the other side of the ring, yeah you could put your hands down for a minute but as soon as he gets within reach, you put your hands back up. "
