"BILL FELDMAN: On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman, the boxing chef from New York City. I'm going to show you how to train for a boxing match. Okay now that we got that down, it's time for combinations. First combination, get back into your stance, remember knees at twelve o'clock, big toes at one o'clock, back foot is a support, elbows in, you simply go, and remember the breathing, in and out. That's a jab right cross, jab right cross, jab right cross. You see how I bend my knee forward, jab right cross. See I turn my back on the right, watch that again, jab right cross. And that's what I'm going to do. So I'm just going to practice getting real loose, good. I'm going to double up the jab now, fill up with jab right across, double jab right across. Then there's even a triple jab, one, two, three boom, one, two, three, boom, there you go. "
