Video Transcript

"BILL FELDMAN: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Bill Feldman, the boxing chef from New York City, going to show you how to train for a boxing match. Okay, now what we're going to do is we'll show you some right crosses. These are the power punches. I'm a righty, this is a righty stance, there's a lefty stance. A lefty--punching a power punch with his left hand, a righty punches his power punch with his right hand. That's what I'm going to do, I'm a righty. Just practice a couple and then we'll throw some combos. That's it, elbows in, you turn that back leg, like you're swinging a baseball bat, it pivots. That's how you get your power. Good, now I'm going to throw a jab and a right cross. So I'm going to throw my jab and right cross. Jab, right cross."
