on 12/22/2008 the basic things he is saying are fundamental and true, but the guy looks like he has never actually trained for a boxing a day in his life. he's extremely slow and waddles around like he's about to fall over anyway. I thought this was EXPERT village, not look at me i can stand in front a mirror and move around without crossing my legs village.

Video Transcript

"BILL FELDMAN: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Bill Feldman, the boxing chef from New York City, going to show you how to train for a boxing match. Okay, now what I'm going to do is, I'll do a little footwork in front of the mirror now, to warm up my bottom part. Keep my hands up, move around. Go forward, go back, you notice my legs aren't crossing as I do my movement. I'm on the balls of my feet, my elbows are in. I can move around much quicker, I'm not doing crossing, I'm not bringing my legs in front. That's a no-no in boxing, you'll fall down. So just move around, throw some jabs. Go back, throw some jabs, come under a weave, hook, right cross, couple of jabs. Jab, right cross, hook, uppercut, right cross, on the hook, nice movement with your legs."
