"BILL FELDMAN: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Bill Feldman, the boxing chef from New York City, going to show you how to train for a boxing match. Okay, now we take our hands, we can take them all the way to the back, we catch 'em, and we clasp 'em. Keep it straight out and keep our back straight, our shoulders at 90 degrees. Breathe, oh good, I'm getting all stretched out now. I'll be ready to hit that bag soon. Okay, now we're going to work our hips. Roll 'em around a little bit, get those buttocks stretched out, work it. come down a little bit now and work the thighs, good. Okay, we're getting there, we're getting there. Good. Now that's good, I'm going to work my shins a little bit and my calves. I hear a little crack, that's always good, get those kinks out. Good. Oh."
