"BILL FELDMAN: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Bill Feldman, the boxing chef from New York City, going to show you how to train for a boxing match. All right, now I make a fist, I turn it to my cheek, and I pull this in. And breathe. Great for the biceps, great for the shoulders, great for my back. Oh, now I switch it up. While I'm doing all these exercises, I'm actually breathing. In through my nose, out through my--mouth. In through my nose, out through my mouth, beautiful. Now, elbow up, grab it and stretch back. Oh, that feels good. Switch, there we go. What we're doing is we're strengthening my obliques and my back, oh, done."
