"BILL FELDMAN: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Bill Feldman, the boxing chef from New York City, going to show you how to train for a boxing match. Okay, the first thing you do when you want to train for a boxing match and you want to start your training, you gotta stretch out. The first thing I'm going to do is I start with my neck, I go from shoulder to shoulder. I want to loosen my neck up in case I get a heavy blow to my neck, I won't pull a muscle. You breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, good. Now, we go semicircle, around and back. Breathe. I stay very relaxed. Now I go forward, semicircle forward. I go from my right ear to my left ear. Oh, this feels very good. Oh, now I'm ready to go."
