"So now we've got this lovely dough. We're going to take very small amounts. The tendency I was finding as I was making these before is to make them bigger, but really you want them to be dainty little cookies. So roll them out, that's no more than a tablespoon. They're going to look so pretty on the top tier of that cake pedestal arrangement we've got going. Now to get the thumbprint, in the thumbprint cookies, you want to pat them down just a little bit, and I find using the back of the spoon helps. My finger doesn't do quite a good of job. I'm in there, and make a little well because, of course, what's going to go in there is a little bit of jam. So there is, they take a little bit of time to do, but they really are sweet on the table. OK, so I'm going to finish rolling these out and putting the little indentations and I'm going to put them in a three hundred and seventy-five degree oven for about twenty two minutes until, you'll see, they get beautiful and golden."
