Video Transcript

"In the last exercise of this kriyah, it's actually a meditation with Sut-Nam. Simply, sit straight and tall in a perfect meditative posture, pull the chin in yalahandha bandha, sit in gian mudra, thumb and index together, and simply begin to breathe long and deep, and inhaling, chanting mentally Sut, exhaling as you vibrate Nam. Continue in this manner for at least three minutes or longer. As long as you like, and go within yourself. You can, as you inhale, pull a light mula bandha, and exhale, release it."
