Video Transcript

"In this clip, we're going to begin our kriya. The kriya for today is Surya Kriya, which means Sun Kriya. When you have a lot of sun energy, you are action oriented, you are clear minded, and you are energetic. Nothing stops you. So, the first exercise is actually a breath in Surya Kriya. So, set yourself in a nice, meditative posture, bring your left hand up to your left nostril, closing off the left nostril with the thumb, inhale deeply through the right nostril. Close the eyes, focus at the brow point just above the nose, between the brows, exhale completely, and continue this breath for three minutes, inhaling completely and exhaling fully."
